About The Band
From the small city "where the beer is made," Michael Turnini is a Shiner folk-punker whose deeply personal lyrics and unique acoustic style have been touring the state and drawing crowds since 2013. Whether it’s a slow, catchy acoustic song about rent or a fast-paced folk-punk anthem, his music showcases raw emotion and authenticity. While on the road, he’s shared the stage with many friends like The Bridge City Sinners, The Dumpster Meds, and Bad Luck Penny, and has played at many charity-driven festivals, including Northside Skate N Swap, Noise For a Cause, and Medusa Fest.
