If you're a fan of good ole fashioned screamo, you need to know OnceMore. Originally a genre hopping potluck of members hailing from different bands in the local area; they have conglomerated into an amazingly raw and true-to-self group.
When asked about their origins and how the band came to be, vocalist Ben replied:
"So originally Easton (guitarist) and Kamden (bassist) started off jamming and were the first pieces of the bands puzzle. In July 2024 my friend Elijah from the band Truant messaged me about an opportunity since I was looking to try messing around with vocals."
"He sent me to Kamden and Easton who were looking for a vocalist. I hit them up and we just started jamming."
"Later that year around August, Anthony (drummer) joined and originally played the guitar in the band Potthum. That's really when we started making everything come together and click. Noah (second guitarist) is a new addition to the band; he originally played guitar for Nicole's Death."
Some of the band's inspiration for their emotional sound include legends like Saetia, Catalyst, Herlovebeheadsdaisies, and Bayside.
Possessing heart-gripping vocals, a well shaped approach to guitar composition, and tasteful drum work, their songs will tug at your heart strings if you have any. OnceMore did hint at a new album coming soon. Be ready.
The boys in Once More stated they simply want to have fun and ride this musical outlet as far as it will take them.
